According to a Weibo post from tipster Digital Chat Station, translated from Chinese, key details have emerged about an unnamed device that a Gizmochina report links to the rumored Vivo X500. The handset is said to run on a slightly upgraded version of last year's 3nm octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, known internally as DX5. It is also expected to include a 64-megapixel periscope telephoto camera, an upgrade from the 50-megapixel unit on the prior model.

In addition, the Vivo X500 is tipped to have a 6.59-inch screen and a battery rated at 7,500mAh or higher. The device is further expected to feature a 50-megapixel main rear camera with a 1/1.28-inch sensor. These specifications remain unconfirmed by the company.
