The Vivo T5 Lite 5G now has a confirmed launch date. This latest T-series device is scheduled to arrive in India next week. It will be sold exclusively via Flipkart in the country. The phone is expected in two shades and packs a MediaTek Dimensity processor along with a large 6,500mAh cell. It follows the Vivo T4 Lite from the previous year.

Launch event for the Vivo T5 Lite 5G is set for July 16 at noon IST. Teasers reveal light blue and black finishes featuring a dual camera setup at the back.

This model boasts a 6,500mAh battery supporting 44W fast charging, which improves upon the prior T4 Lite 5G's 6,000mAh capacity and 15W charging.

The display on the Vivo T5 Lite 5G promises a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1,200 nits brightness. It runs the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor and offers military standard toughness with IP65 rating against water and dust.

It will come with Origin OS 6 on top of Android and several AI tools such as AI Creation, AI Captions, AI Transcript Assist, AI Documents and Private Space.

Flipkart and Vivo India have set up special pages to highlight the Vivo T5 Lite 5G. Additional specs are expected to be shared on July 11.
