Vivo has brought back its S-series with the launch of the Vivo S2 in India, marking the first entry in this lineup after almost seven years. This device features the MediaTek Dimensity 7360-Turbo processor along with 8GB RAM. It includes a large 6.83-inch AMOLED display offering a 120Hz refresh rate. The camera system on the back consists of a 50-megapixel dual setup. Out of the box, it comes with OriginOS 6 and includes a substantial 7,050mAh battery.

Vivo S2 Price in India, Availability

In India, the Vivo S2 is priced starting from Rs. 39,999 for the version with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. Another option with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage is available for Rs. 45,999.

Buyers can choose from Sapphire Blue, Regal Bronze, and Silk White colors. The phone is sold through the official Vivo India online store, Flipkart, and various physical retail outlets nationwide.

The dual-SIM Vivo S2 operates on Android 16 with OriginOS 6. Its display is a 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED panel (1,260 x 2,800 pixels) that supports 120Hz refresh rate, reaches up to 3,000 nits local peak brightness, covers P3 color gamut, has 449ppi density, and uses VM9 light-emitting material. An in-display optical fingerprint sensor is integrated for security.

Inside, the MediaTek Dimensity 7360-Turbo chipset drives the phone, supported by 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage, with the ability to add up to 8GB Extended RAM.
