Like numerous tech professionals in San Francisco, Brownrout devoted evenings to testing Claude Code. His experiments produced an especially charming result. He credited extensive use of Claude Code and Codex for shrinking a months-long effort into a few weekends of work, with Codex handling image and sprite processes while Claude Code supported the web application. This marked his first attempt at video game creation.
