Redmi Turbo 5 made its debut in India on Tuesday as the inaugural Turbo series device from the Xiaomi sub-brand. The phone comes in three color variants and will be available for purchase shortly. It runs on an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Ultra chipset paired with a 7540mAh battery that supports 100W wired fast charging. The smartphone includes a dual rear camera setup led by a 50-megapixel main sensor along with a 20-megapixel front camera placed in a hole-punch cutout. It features a 1.5K AMOLED screen supporting refresh rates up to 120Hz.

Redmi Turbo 5 price in India begins at Rs. 37,999 for the base model with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. The higher 12GB RAM plus 256GB storage variant is listed at Rs. 40,999. Buyers can avail bank discounts of up to Rs. 2,000 using credit cards from SBI, ICICI Bank, and Axis Bank.

Sales begin in India on June 19 through Amazon. The Redmi Turbo 5 is available in Asphalt Black, Nitro Blue, and Turbo White finishes.
