Google has set August 12 for its next Made by Google showcase, where the Pixel 11 series will debut. Before the official launch, detailed leaks have emerged with specifications and pricing for all four models. Earlier coverage addressed the standard Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, and Pixel 11 Pro Fold. The following outlines the information for the larger Pro model in the 2026 range.

RAM Adjustments and Screen Brightness Increase

The Pixel 11 Pro XL is expected to keep the 6.8-inch Super Actua LTPO OLED display from the Pixel 10 Pro XL, preserving the 2,992 x 1,344 resolution and 1-120Hz adaptive refresh rate. Reports indicate the peak brightness will rise by 300 nits, moving from 3,300 nits to 3,600 nits, while the panel gains Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection.

Inside, the device will use the new Tensor G6 processor and ship with Android 17. The base storage version will feature 12GB of RAM, a reduction from the 16GB found across all Pixel 10 Pro XL variants. Storage choices stay the same at 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB.

Camera Array Stays Consistent with Minor Battery Shrink

The camera system matches the smaller Pixel 11 Pro, including a 50MP main sensor, a 48MP ultrawide lens with macro capability, and a 48MP periscope telephoto offering 5x optical zoom. Digital zoom reaches 120x, an increase from 100x on the prior series. The front camera is expected to retain its 42MP sensor.

Battery capacity drops slightly from 5,200mAh to 5,115mAh. The phone will weigh 226g instead of 232g and measure 162.7 x 76.5 x 8.5mm, compared with the predecessor dimensions of 162.8 x 76.6 x 8.5mm. Wired charging holds at 45W, Qi2 wireless support is confirmed, and IP68 resistance carries over unchanged.

If accurate, pricing sets the Pixel 11 Pro XL at $1,299 in the United States, a $100 increase over the Pixel 10 Pro XL launch price. Color choices include Dune, Light Fog, Midnight Haze, and Pine, though these remain subject to final decisions.
