Following the success of Spotify Wrapped, many services have rolled out annual summaries, and the trend has now reached artificial intelligence. Anthropic launched a reflect option for its Claude AI on Thursday that lets people review detailed breakdowns of how they have used the service during the prior month, quarter, half year, or full year.

The company describes the new dashboard as a way to notice habits and adjust them. It opens with an overview of main subjects discussed, the kinds of work users hand off, and timing trends such as busiest hours. People can also schedule quiet periods or automatic pauses after set intervals. A total usage time metric is planned for a future update.

The feature helps users monitor their time with Claude and check whether it matches their aims. It also prompts reflection on the chatbot role in daily life by occasionally asking questions such as which tasks someone prefers to handle personally. After answering, the dashboard offers a chance to discuss the response further with Claude.

Anthropic positions Claude as a thinking partner that supports deeper work, and the reflect tool follows the same idea by highlighting examples of personal input, such as rewriting messages or defining strategy before delegating. The dashboard will display these patterns to encourage stronger independent skills.

Data shown in the dashboard comes only from chat memory and does not access files stored in linked services. Conversations from private mode or any health related integrations are excluded. Topics labeled sensitive may appear but only in summary form without specifics.

The beta version is open to free accounts as well as Pro and Max plans when memory is enabled. Access is through the settings menu on the website or desktop application. The concept grew out of direct conversations with users, and a version for Claude Cowork is expected shortly.
