HMD seems prepared to grow its budget-friendly Luma lineup of smartphones following a fresh leak that has disclosed the color choices and specs for the expected HMD Luma 2. The device is expected in three color variants and includes a 6.75-inch display. The HMD Luma 2 may use a Unisoc processor. It is likely to include a 50-megapixel main rear camera and a 6000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. The leak also provides images of the upcoming HMD phone.

HMD Luma 2 Renders and Specifications Leak Before Launch

Tipster @smashx_60 shared the color options and specifications for the rumored HMD Luma 2. It is said to arrive in ice blue, light sand and midnight lake finishes. The phone may carry the M-Kopa X4 model number.

The HMD Luma 2 is expected to include a 6.75-inch HD+ IPS LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is said to run on a Unisoc T7280 chipset, paired with 4GB LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB UFS 2.1 storage. It is said to be offered in 4GB plus 128GB and 4GB plus 256GB RAM and storage setups, with support for MicroSD card expansion up to 1TB.

The HMD Luma 2 is said to provide virtual RAM support, letting users increase RAM up to 8GB total. For cameras, the phone could feature a 50-megapixel primary rear sensor alongside an AI lens. For selfies and video calls, there could be an 8-megapixel front camera. It could offer an IP54-rated build for dust and splash resistance.

The upcoming HMD Luma 2 could include a 3.5mm headphone jack and speakers with Ozo audio support. It is tipped to feature a 6000mAh battery with support for 18W wired charging.
