Google revealed the India launch of Gemini Spark on Wednesday. It runs on the Gemini 3.6 Flash model. The agent will reach Google AI Pro and Google AI Ultra users in the coming weeks. It brings agent-like capabilities to Google Workspace applications such as Gmail, Docs, and Sheets.

Integration with these Workspace tools requires no extra configuration. Gemini Spark operates independently in the background, handling user-directed actions even during sleep, with a locked phone, or closed laptop, functioning as a constant personal AI helper. Users retain control to disable it or select connected applications.

It can independently condense notes from meetings and key messages.
