The Garmin Cirqa smart band launched in select global markets on Tuesday. This new wearable is set to rival the recently introduced Google Fitbit Air along with the Whoop 4.0. It features a screen-free design aimed at continuous health monitoring, with all key metrics shown on the connected smartphone. Availability begins this week through the Garmin website in chosen regions worldwide.

In the US the Garmin Cirqa carries a price tag of $199.99, roughly Rs. 19,000. Sales start July 24 in select markets via the official Garmin online store. The device includes a fabric band offered in seven color choices: Black, Captain Blue, Citron Gray, Dark Olive, French Gray, French Blue, and Mauve. Buyers can select S-M or L-XL sizing.

The Garmin Cirqa uses a screenless design to limit distractions during wear. It supports both Android and iPhone devices. Automatic activity detection records workouts that users can later review or edit inside the Garmin Connect app, with the system learning to classify movements more precisely over time.

The fabric band works on the wrist or as an armband. Manual tracking covers more than 80 activities including running, walking, and yoga. A side button lets users pick preset modes. Advanced training insights cover readiness scores, HRV status, VO2 max, and overall training status.

Up to 10 days of battery life is claimed during continuous health and fitness tracking. Connected GPS and LiveTrack location sharing work through the Garmin Connect app. Additional sensors handle SpO2 blood oxygen readings, heart rate monitoring with resting and abnormal alerts, respiration rate, fitness age, Body Battery energy levels, stress tracking, sleep analysis, and women's health features.
