Market observers noted Bitcoin's push beyond $81,000 - roughly Rs. 77.7 lakh - driven by favorable reactions to policy updates, solid US stock performance, and rising global risk appetite, even amid ETF sell-offs and economic headwinds.

Breaking down the surge, Akshat Siddhant, Lead Quant Analyst at Mudrex, observed, "BTC now sits near $81,500 - around Rs. 78.1 lakh - with expectations that regulatory progress will lure back institutional funds after $863 million - or Rs. 8,278 crore - in recent Bitcoin ETF outflows. Robust US equities are bolstering the risk-on environment. Continued inflows could propel Bitcoin to $85,000 - roughly Rs. 81.5 lakh. A drop under $78,000 - or Rs. 74.8 lakh - might trigger a retreat to $75,000 - about Rs. 71.9 lakh."

On the bill's importance, Ashish Singhal, CoinSwitch Co-Founder, stated, "The CLARITY Act marks a pivotal shift for the worldwide crypto sector by tackling a core issue: clear rules for digital assets.
