These wearables center on the firm's Hybrid Training System that merges watch metrics with workout and recovery details via the Zepp application. Amazfit Balance 3, Balance Ultra Capabilities and Specs

The Amazfit Balance 3 and Balance Ultra feature 1.5-inch AMOLED panels offering 480x480 resolution, sapphire glass shielding, 323ppi density, and maximum brightness reaching 3,000 nits. Amazfit has fitted both devices with 64GB of internal memory.

The Balance 3 and Balance Ultra rely on Amazfit's updated Hybrid Training System that integrates training, recovery, sleep, stress, and daily habit information inside the Zepp App. Tools including HybridCharge Energy Intelligence, Weekly Focus, Training Balance, and Hybrid Training Plans aim to assist users in optimizing workout intensity and rest periods.

The watches accommodate more than 180 activity modes, such as official Hyrox preparation and event functions, while automatically detecting 25 resistance movements and eight athletic pursuits. Extra functions cover sleep ratings, single-tap health checks, and wellness notifications for irregular values.

Connection features comprise Bluetooth 5.2 BLE alongside Wi-Fi on the 2.4GHz frequency. Both units enable Bluetooth calls, device alerts, audio playback management, voice memos, microphone and speaker use, plus Zepp Flow voice support where available. The Amazfit Balance Ultra sports a Grade 5 titanium bezel, frame, buttons, and rear cover combined with a fibre-reinforced polymer housing. The Balance 3 is offered in stainless steel and titanium builds. The titanium model employs a Grade 5 titanium frame and case with stainless steel buttons, while the stainless steel model pairs stainless steel parts with a fibre-reinforced polymer shell.

The Balance Ultra measures 51.8x51.8mm with a 15.5mm thickness including the heart-rate sensor. It weighs 57g without bands and includes two 22mm quick-release straps in Black and Black and Terra shades.

The Balance 3 measures 51.4x51.4mm and stands 14.6mm thick including the heart-rate sensor. The titanium edition weighs 55g, while the stainless steel edition weighs 62g. The watch comes with a 22mm silicone band and is available in Stainless Steel and Titanium Black colorways.
