The feature appears visually striking and could reduce unnecessary screen checks, yet additional uses would increase its value. Practical options include a camera countdown timer, battery-charge indicator, integration with arrival notifications, and a gentle fill light for photography.

3. Broaden Pixelsnap accessory options

Apple's MagSafe ecosystem remains enviable. After adding a third-party magnetic ring to my case, I appreciate the convenience of car mounts and stands. Google introduced Pixelsnap with the Pixel 10 series, yet the current selection is limited. A wider range of compatible accessories would strengthen the offering.

4. Include a complete AI disable option

Although I rely on certain Pixel 9 Pro AI tools such as photo editing and Gemini, many users seek greater control. An explicit switch for local-only processing or a classic mode would address privacy and battery concerns while appealing to those wary of widespread AI integration.

5. Adopt silicon-carbon battery technology

Manufacturers including Motorola and OnePlus have moved to silicon-carbon cells, achieving higher capacities without added bulk. Google continues to rely on conventional lithium-ion packs capped near 5,100mAh. Transitioning to the newer chemistry would resolve longstanding battery constraints and place the Pixel line ahead of competitors, despite higher initial production costs.
