Steve Clarke noted that pressure on Scotland has reduced after their victory against Haiti. The manager remarked: "I am very pleased with the team. Resilience and character were essential on the field this evening. There is no sense of relief. Many described this as a must-win match and we delivered. Winning such a game brings satisfaction."

Regarding the next group matches versus Morocco and Brazil, he continued: "We approach them with reduced pressure compared to what surrounded this encounter. Strong defending like today combined with improved ball movement and more chances should serve us well. It is not about elevating the level but adapting to each opponent.
