Northampton prop Emmanuel Iyogun stands ready to earn his maiden cap as loose-head cover among the replacements. Asher Opoku-Fordjour, who appeared for Ellis Genge against Fiji, is lined up for action in his regular front-row role supporting tight-head Joe Heyes.

Janse van Rensburg arrives new to the group, having gained eligibility for England earlier this month after five years in the Premiership and the RFU's successful case that one replacement outing for South Africa's under-20 side did not tie him to the Springboks at senior level.

The Pretoria-born 29-year-old is likely to receive further opportunities in the months ahead.
