Instead, the top pick is a Ford F-150 (or 250 or 350) fitted with classic American upgrades. Picture it raised to an extreme height on oversized wheels, flying large flags from the rear, powered by diesel with an oversized tailpipe suited for rolling coal, and finished with truck accessories for full impact. Ford produces solid trucks, and this one edges out rivals from Ram, Chevy, and GMC in my view.
