That figure climbs to 810 horsepower with active exhaust, and enthusiasts are sure to notice. It proves ideal for fetching green tea and croissants during a relaxed Sunday outing. Yet several questions linger: Do the accessories arrive pre-installed at the factory? Can owners add them to an existing vehicle? Can installation occur at home or by a trusted technician? Does the setup comply with street regulations? And how does the warranty hold up once modifications begin?

Supercharged Enjoyment with Warranty Coverage

In either scenario the standard three-year, 36,000-mile powertrain warranty stays intact. Specific items that might affect coverage remain unspecified, yet dealer-installed Torque Boost calibration on a Bronco or Ranger Raptor preserves the warranty, as does supercharger mounting on Mustang or F-150 V-8 engines.

The primary advantage lies in components engineered and validated alongside the vehicle from the outset. This approach ensures most hardware and complete vehicles reach customers at introduction without delays for third-party development. Back-to-back drives confirmed earlier impressions.
