The FX370 serves as AEV's second complete package for Ford Super Duty trucks.

The skilled off-road specialists at AEV often work with oversized tires. Creating a new option for the Ford Super Duty that fits just 37-inch tires feels like a simpler project. The finished truck delivers the same factory-level quality as AEV's other vehicles and retains strong off-road performance.

37 Inches Suffice

The FX370 comes after the AEV FXL Super Duty released earlier this year. The main distinction lies in tire size. As the name suggests, the FX370 mounts 37-inch BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO3 tires, whereas the FXL uses 40-inch BFGoodrich HD-Terrain KT tires.

Beyond the tire size and resulting height change, most FX370 upgrades match those on the FXL. These include a winch-ready AEV stamped steel front bumper and a high-clearance AEV rear bumper for better protection. Both models feature AEV's four-inch DualSport suspension with Bilstein shocks tailored for the Super Duty.

No Fender Flares Required

Exterior graphics remain nearly the same, differing only in the package name on the rear bedsides. The AEV-embroidered headrests inside are identical as well.

The lifted AEV suspension and wheel-well adjustments provide clearance for the 37-inch tires, so the FX370 skips body modifications and the FXL's HighMark fender flares. Those flares may become optional later. The FX370 uses AEV's 18-inch Salta wheels instead of the beadlock-ready Katmai wheels on the FXL, though upgrades are expected to be offered.

AEV plans to begin FX370 production in October. Package pricing starts at $19,999 before options, added to the base cost of a Ford Super Duty. This makes it $6000 less and three tire inches smaller than the FXL.
