Kia America has released pricing for the 2027 Sorento Hybrid offered in four trims. The standout update is the addition of the new X-Line EX AWD trim that slots between the standard EX and the premium X-Line SX-Prestige.

The EX FWD opens at 39090 dollars while the EX AWD reaches 40890 dollars. The new X-Line EX AWD arrives at 43090 dollars and the X-Line SX-Prestige AWD leads at 47590 dollars before the 1495 dollar destination fee.

With that charge included the fully equipped X-Line SX-Prestige sits just under 49100 dollars prior to taxes and dealer fees.

The base 2027 Sorento Hybrid is the EX FWD at 39090 dollars aimed at buyers who skip all-wheel drive. Stepping up to EX AWD adds 1800 dollars for a total of 40890 dollars and improved traction on slippery surfaces.

Kia held EX trim pricing steady compared with the prior model while introducing minor styling updates. Fresh HEV badges on the tailgate identify every 2027 Sorento Hybrid as the gas-electric model.

Pricing - MSRP (excludes 1495 dollar destination)
Sorento HEV EX FWD	39090 dollars
Sorento HEV EX AWD	40890 dollars
Sorento HEV X-Line EX AWD	43090 dollars
Sorento HEV X-Line SX-Prestige AWD	47590 dollars

Color options for the hybrid also shifted with Pale Gray taking the place of Steel Gray.

Buyers comparing Kia hybrid SUVs now have more than one three-row choice. The Sorento Hybrid shares the 2027 model year with the new Telluride Hybrid that launched earlier in 2026.

The new X-Line EX AWD represents the biggest lineup shift. At 43090 dollars it costs 2200 dollars more than the standard EX AWD and adds the X-Line blackout exterior accents plus gloss-black wheels previously reserved for the SX-Prestige.

The X-Line SX-Prestige AWD carries the 47590 dollar price and now comes standard with a Head-Up Display that previously required an option package.

Every Sorento Hybrid combines Kia's turbo hybrid powertrain with a three-row cabin. Buyers select front-wheel or all-wheel drive along with EX or X-Line content levels.

Kia rates combined fuel economy in the mid-30s miles per gallon for front-wheel-drive versions while all-wheel-drive models use slightly more fuel. The hybrid maintains strong efficiency over the gas-only Sorento yet delivers comparable passenger and cargo space.
