The Mazda CX-80 has seen pricing revisions across its Large Architecture SUV family.

Diesel versions of the three-row model now align exactly with petrol pricing, removing the earlier $2000 premium.

Most petrol CX-80s (G40e) increased by $400, while most diesels (D50e) dropped $1600 from previous levels.

Plug-in hybrid P50e models now sit $5000 above petrol and diesel trims, with most PHEV variants reduced by $7650.

The Azami SP flagship shows varied shifts due to prior Luxury Car Tax inclusion: G40e up $32, D50e down $2568 and P50e down $8687 on list prices.

Entry-level Pure trim now adds the D50e 3.3-litre inline-six mild-hybrid turbo-diesel, previously petrol-only with the G40e.

Both Pure models open the range at $56,100 before on-road costs, with the petrol G40e Pure $400 higher than earlier. Beyond these price changes and the new diesel Pure, the CX-80 lineup remains unchanged.

The CX-80 stretches the CX-60 into a three-row layout while sharing the same body width. Both the CX-60 and CX-80 targeted European buyers, whereas the wider CX-70 and CX-90 focused on North America.

Australia remains the sole market offering all four Large Architecture SUVs. The CX-60 reached local showrooms first in 2023.

Mazda Australia projected annual sales of 6600 CX-60s, 720 CX-70s, 7800 CX-80s and 1200 CX-90s. Actual figures last year reached 5410 CX-60s, 379 CX-70s, 3851 CX-80s and 715 CX-90s.
