(RTTNews) - Zigup Plc (ZIG.L), an integrated mobility solutions provider, announced Wednesday a modest increase in pre-tax profit for fiscal 2026 amid revenue gains, even as profit after tax fell from the prior year due to elevated tax expenses. The company also raised its dividend payout and indicated it anticipates fiscal 2027 profit growth aligned with market forecasts.

For the full year, profit before tax rose 0.5 percent to 102.00 million pounds compared with 101.47 million pounds in the previous period.

Profit for the year declined to 76.16 million pounds from 79.85 million pounds a year earlier. Earnings per share slipped to 32.9 pence from 34.9 pence last year.

Underlying profit before tax reached 160.1 million pounds versus 166.9 million pounds in the prior year. Underlying earnings per share stood at 53.1 pence against 58.4 pence a year ago.

Underlying EBITDA advanced 8.2 percent to 502.6 million pounds from 464.5 million pounds last year.

Revenue increased 2.6 percent to 1.86 billion pounds from 1.81 billion pounds in the prior year. Underlying revenues climbed 5.2 percent to 1.64 billion pounds.

In addition, the Board recommended a final dividend of 18.2p per share, up from 17.6p the year before, payable on September 30 to shareholders registered by close of business on August 28. The full-year dividend totals 27.0p, reflecting a 2.3 percent rise over the previous year.

Looking to fiscal 2027, the firm expects profit growth to match market expectations. Analysts currently project full-year adjusted profit before tax in the range of 162.9 million pounds to 170.0 million pounds.

The company expressed confidence in the fiscal 2027 outlook, anticipating vehicle-on-hire growth across both regions as rental markets sustain solid demand for its service-oriented offerings.

Zigup shares closed Tuesday's session in London at 464.50 pence, gaining 0.32 percent.
