(RTTNews) - State Street Corp. (STT) has entered a Memorandum of Understanding with Jadwa Investment, a leading investment management and advisory firm in the Middle East. The pact paves the way for joint efforts in the Sultanate of Oman aimed at broadening services for institutional clients. The collaboration will focus on delivering sophisticated asset servicing and global custody solutions to reinforce financial infrastructure for Omani institutions.

State Street already maintains a strong footprint in Oman through its Muscat office and more than twenty years of service to local institutional clients. This established presence forms a solid base for the partnership, which seeks to provide customized solutions aligned with the changing demands of the Omani market.

In addition to core financial offerings, State Street and Jadwa intend to pursue joint programs that build knowledge and skills. These efforts will encompass training sessions, shared expertise platforms, and thought leadership activities to aid market development and sophistication.
