(RTTNews) - Compass Group PLC (CPG.L, CMPGF), a leading contract foodservice firm, announced Tuesday that organic revenue climbed 7.1 percent year-over-year in the third quarter. The company confirmed it remains positioned to sustain net new growth at comparable levels and upheld its positive guidance for fiscal 2026.

In the trading update covering the three months ended June 30, organic revenue advanced 7.5 percent in North America and 6.4 percent in the International segment compared with the prior-year period.

Like-for-like sales tracked in line with internal forecasts. North American volumes received a modest lift from the Football World Cup, while International like-for-like performance eased amid softer inflation and shifts in the Sports and Leisure calendar.

Net new business growth moved higher into the anticipated 4 percent to 5 percent band.

Client retention held steady at 96 percent, and management noted that its opportunity pipeline underpins further expansion.

For the first nine months, organic revenue rose 7.2 percent, reflecting a 7.3 percent gain in North America and a 6.9 percent increase in the International region.

Over the trailing twelve months the group captured 4.3 billion dollars of fresh contracts, a 16 percent rise from the year-earlier total, with half of those wins stemming from first-time outsourcing decisions.

Compass Group reiterated its fiscal 2026 target for underlying operating profit growth above 11 percent in constant currency, supported by disciplined execution and sustained momentum. It continues to project roughly 7 percent organic revenue expansion alongside steady margin improvement.
