This makes the company the pioneering integrated tourism and leisure firm in Greater China to attain this distinction.

Based in the United States, Great Place To Work supports more than 22,000 organizations globally. Its Great Place To Work Certification relies mainly on confidential Trust Index Survey responses from employees at participating firms, along with a thorough evaluation of workplace culture and leadership approaches. The survey measures staff trust and job experience in five core areas: Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride, and Camaraderie.

In the evaluation survey among Sands China staff, a notable 96 percent of respondents viewed Sands China as a great place to work, and the firm scored an average of 92 percent across the five assessment areas. These outcomes highlight the success of the company's sustained efforts in advancing career growth, protecting team members' physical and mental health, nurturing a fair, supportive, and inclusive workplace atmosphere, and developing a reliable leadership group.
