For the Middle East, this achievement arrives amid notable shifts in the consulting sector and the broader regional economy. Over the past twenty years, the area has experienced deep economic evolution, generating fresh prospects while steadily transforming client priorities and operational approaches.

After launching its initial office in the Middle East in Bahrain during 2006, Roland Berger has built a robust footprint across the region and assisted public- and private-sector entities with several of the area's key transformation programs. The firm's locations in Bahrain, UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia form a vital component of its worldwide network.

In 2025, evolving market conditions led firms throughout the consulting industry to adjust their approaches and refine their emphasis.
