The Rural Health Transformation Alliance announced strong national progress today as rural health systems complete their first-year plans and shift focus to Year 2 execution and future planning. With state-level RHT strategies developing rapidly, the Alliance is extending an open invitation to healthcare providers in search of partners who can help realize their goals and speed up results from RHT funding.

The Rural Health Transformation Alliance reported membership growth exceeding 50 percent since its start just 60 days ago, alongside increased national activity connected to the federal Rural Health Transformation Program. As first-year RHTP funding transitions from state planning to provider-level action, rural health systems face a key period to select implementation partners, match projects with state goals, and develop programs that deliver clear results. The Alliance is making its network available to groups needing state-specific assistance, trusted partners, and resources for grant execution.

Since its launch in March 2026, the RHT Alliance has increased membership by more than 50 percent in just 75 days, moving from 12 founding members to 18 by adding new firms that together create a full range of solutions for rural health systems. This swift expansion shows the pressing need for coordinated support as states progress from RHTP planning to execution. Recent additions include Corstrata, Epiphany, Innovise Consulting, Teledentistry.com, Valkyrie UAS Solutions, and WebMD Ignite.

Comprehensive Coverage Across Every Federal Initiative

The CMS Rural Health Transformation Program includes five core aims, and the Alliance now offers services that cover all federal initiatives. In states such as Ohio, the RHT Alliance provides full, overlapping coverage across all nine of the state's Rural Health Transformation initiatives.
