Manchester suffered another apparent racist incident just one month after vandalism struck a local coffee shop.

Officers responded Saturday morning to multiple acts of vandalism that featured racist messages. The graffiti took place overnight and spread over a wide area.

Authorities have identified 15 incidents in three areas: Candia Road, Gabrielle Street, and South Beech Street, according to a Manchester police news release.

The overnight acts included antisemitic, racist, and homophobic content. Investigators say the vandalism appears random, with no sign that specific individuals or properties were targeted.

"Acts of vandalism involving antisemitic, racist, and homophobic slurs are unacceptable and have no place in Manchester. This type of conduct is harmful, divisive, and deeply disrespectful to the individuals and communities targeted. Everyone deserves to feel safe and respected, and we take incidents like these seriously. We are actively investigating this matter and will work to hold those responsible accountable," said Manchester Police Chief Peter Marr.

The investigation continues, and police ask anyone who saw suspicious activity or has surveillance footage from these areas to contact the Manchester Police Department at 603-668-8711.
