SUMMARY NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF CLASS ACTION, PROPOSED SETTLEMENT, AND MOTION FOR ATTORNEYS' FEES AND EXPENSES

To: All persons and entities that purchased or otherwise acquired the publicly traded common stock of The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. during the period from February 3, 2022 through February 3, 2025, both dates inclusive, and were allegedly damaged thereby (the "Settlement Class")

Notice is provided under Rule 23 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and a court order that Lead Plaintiffs Macomb County Employees' Retirement System, Macomb County Retiree Health Care Fund, and Wayne County Employees' Retirement System, along with defendants including Estée Lauder and certain executives, have agreed to a complete settlement of the claims for $210,000,000.

A hearing is scheduled for August 20, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. (ET) at the United States District Court, Southern District of New York, Daniel Patrick Moynihan United States Courthouse, 500 Pearl Street, Courtroom 15A, New York, NY 10007 to consider approval of the settlement as fair and reasonable, dismissal of the action, certification of the class for settlement purposes, the plan for distributing funds, and lead counsel fees. The date may change or the hearing may occur remotely without further notice. Attendance is not required to receive payment.

Settlement class members must submit a claim form postmarked or filed online by August 5, 2026 to share in the net settlement fund. Late submissions may be disallowed, but all class members remain bound by court orders.

Requests to opt out must be received by July 30, 2026 to avoid being bound by judgments. Objections to the settlement, fee application, or allocation plan must also be filed and served by July 30, 2026.
