Serving as Chief Executive Officer of Universal Events Inc., she has developed the firm into a flexible platform that connects business expertise with purpose-driven results.

Under her direction, Universal Events facilitates over 200 community outreach events daily across the country, supplying the organized systems, logistics, and compliance support that allow nonprofit groups and fundraising efforts to function effectively at larger scales. The company grew its national presence by opening three additional sites in the first quarter of 2026 and holds Great Place to Work Certified status for its positive workplace environment.

Besides hosting national leadership summits on entrepreneurship, shifting viewpoints, and new developments, the firm offers complete administrative and operational support such as legal coordination, accounting, compliance, logistics, and product sourcing. Vallejo's reach now extends past the company she founded. She is also preparing her own memoir titled All Is Well, which examines resilience, identity, and purpose-led leadership. Ms. Vallejo holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Youngstown State University, which provided a solid base in leadership and strategic communication. She started in radio, gaining skills in client relations, sales, and outreach before starting her own ventures in leadership development and organizational expansion.

Her leadership has received awards including the 2024 National Partner of the Year from Law Enforcement Against Drugs, plus other professional honors for her work in leadership and business growth.

Outside her professional role, Ms. Vallejo stays actively involved in community service, volunteering with groups such as Sisters Circle and Vision Keepers to back efforts centered on justice, leadership, and community strength. She attributes her grandmother, whose consistent message that all is well became a core principle, with building her confidence and resilience.
