U.S. Army Veteran And Public Servant Launches Service-Driven Campaign Focused On Health, Education, Opportunity, And Accountability

Bringing more than 20 years of experience across military leadership, federal oversight, nonprofit management, and community outreach, Jordan-Baldwin is starting a people-first effort centered on accountability, aid for seniors and veterans, better healthcare access, economic growth, and stronger safeguards for Florida families.

Her effort highlights advocacy for the district's expanding senior community, ensuring older residents receive quality healthcare, affordable housing, secure neighborhoods, and attentive government services.

As a former U.S. Army logistics officer, Jordan-Baldwin brings expertise in mission-driven leadership and strategic planning. She later served with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services as a senior procurement analyst and audit/compliance manager, roles focused on safeguarding public funds and enhancing government openness.

In St. Johns County, she has held positions on several boards, including the Community Medical Center Board, the Mental Health Group Home Board, and the Turnbull Creek Community Development District Board, where she supported sound financial management and future planning.

Jordan-Baldwin founded and leads service-oriented groups aiding Northeast Florida families, such as Dovez Nest Home LLC for individuals with disabilities, Nkmand Solutions LLC, and the Christopher Burks Scholarship Foundation. The foundation honors her late husband, SFC Christopher Burks, by providing scholarships and community support.

Her community and faith leadership includes work with Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, involvement with the NAACP, and service as an ordained minister, underscoring her ongoing dedication to compassion, advocacy, and community strength.

Jordan-Baldwin will appear on the ballot in the August 18, 2026 primary election for State Representative, District 18. If she secures the needed majority in the primary, she will not face a general election unless another candidate files for that race.
