Dollarama Inc. (TSX: DOL) (Dollarama or the Corporation) announced that it has received approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) to renew its normal course issuer bid (the NCIB).

Under the NCIB, the Corporation may purchase up to 13,532,086 of its common shares during the 12-month period beginning July 7, 2026 and concluding no later than July 6, 2027. This amount equals 5.0 percent of the issued and outstanding common shares as of the close of markets on June 30, 2026, when a total of 270,641,726 common shares were outstanding.

Acquisitions will occur through TSX facilities and Canadian alternative trading systems or by other methods permitted by securities regulators and applicable laws. Dollarama may also buy shares via private agreements or targeted repurchase programs under exemption orders from securities authorities. Open-market purchases on the TSX and alternative systems will reflect the market price at acquisition, while private purchases under exemption orders will occur at a discount to prevailing prices.

All shares acquired under the NCIB will be cancelled or held in trust to support the Corporation's performance share unit plan, including settlement of obligations under that plan.

The average daily trading volume of common shares on the TSX from January 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026 was 708,620 shares per TSX calculations. Accordingly, Dollarama may purchase up to 177,155 shares daily on the TSX, equal to 25 percent of that average volume. The Corporation may also complete one weekly block purchase of shares not owned directly or indirectly by insiders, consistent with TSX guidelines.

Dollarama will enter into an automatic securities purchase plan agreement (APP) with a designated broker around the announcement date. This arrangement will allow purchases under the NCIB during periods when trading would otherwise be restricted by regulations or internal blackout rules. The APP terms have received TSX preclearance. Outside blackout periods, purchases remain at the Corporation's discretion and must comply with TSX rules and securities laws.

The prior NCIB, expiring July 6, 2026, authorized purchases of up to 13,865,588 common shares. As of June 30, 2026, Dollarama had acquired 6,835,200 shares at a weighted average price of $183.90 each through TSX facilities and Canadian alternative trading systems.

The Board of Directors considers ongoing share repurchases an appropriate use of available funds within the capital allocation strategy aimed at increasing shareholder value.
