"Methods for Making Peptide Conjugates and the Product Made Therefrom" focuses on automated flow peptide synthesis techniques and linker chemistries used with Decoy antiviral peptide conjugates. This represents the company's most widely submitted family, with filings pending in six jurisdictions beyond the United States.

Engineered D-MAVs. "New Antiviral Therapeutic Peptides, Conjugates and Methods of Use Thereof" addresses compounds engineered against conserved elements of class I viral fusion proteins, moving past standard peptide sequences.
