The new feature expands DataGroomr Live Dedupe to related Salesforce objects, allowing organizations to detect and block duplicate records during creation or updates.

Duplicate records often start in one Salesforce object and then surface in another. A prospect might appear as both a Lead and a Contact, or get recreated via imports, enrichment, marketing automation, partner submissions, and manual entry. These cross-object duplicates can skew reporting, split customer records, interrupt lead routing, and weaken automation and AI efforts.

Through real-time cross-object duplicate prevention, organizations can now spot and stop duplicate records across related Salesforce objects such as Leads and Contacts at the moment of creation or update, preventing duplicates from entering business processes and workflows.
