Culture In Motion™ led by cultural architect Kwanza Jones travels through Boston, Philadelphia, Newark and New York to present a fresh philanthropy model focused on funding local artists, strengthening cultural groups and expanding opportunities through community partnerships.

After drawing communities from various parts of the country, Culture In Motion continues its nationwide tour into the Northeast, highlighting how local partnerships, creative collaborations and strategic giving work together to broaden access for artists, cultural organizations and residents.

Few areas have shaped American culture, education and civic life as deeply as the Northeast. With its historic cultural institutions, top learning centers and communities that helped form national identity, the region aligns closely with many of Culture In Motion's core values.

Culture In Motion will team with Northeast artists, cultural groups and community leaders to build on the Apollo's long tradition of championing artistic excellence. These efforts bring SUPERCHARGED empowerment experiences, creative engagement and Apollo programs straight into neighborhoods.

Backing this partnership model is a giving framework built for lasting community strength. As the first project under the Jones-Feliciano Initiative launched by Kwanza Jones and Jose E. Feliciano, Culture In Motion shows a sustained commitment to expanding cultural infrastructure and access.

Through its Impact Multiplier model, the Jones-Feliciano Initiative goes beyond standard grants by pairing funds with strategic guidance, creative support, operational expertise and entry to a strong knowledge and network system.
