PCR Pro Instruments and MTB Test Kits Now Deployed to Select Labs Across India

Co-Diagnostics, Inc. (Nasdaq: CODX) ("Co-Dx" or "the Company"), a molecular diagnostics firm featuring a distinctive patented platform for creating molecular diagnostic tests, announced today that CoSara Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd. ("CoSara"), its joint venture based in India, has begun clinical studies for the tuberculosis test on the CoSara PCR Pro instrument.

The launch of these clinical studies represents another key milestone for the Co-Dx PCR platform, following the prior shipment of PCR Pro instruments, mycobacterium tuberculosis ("TB" or "MTB") test kits, and proprietary sample preparation instruments to CoSara. The decentralized point-of-care platform uses patented Co-Primers technology to provide rapid, gold-standard real-time PCR outcomes in about 30 minutes through a mobile application.

The CoSara PCR Pro instrument, the CoSara-branded edition of the Co-Dx PCR Pro point-of-care device, is now being placed in chosen laboratories throughout India for TB testing assessment. Co-Dx PCR platform items, such as PCR test kits and the sample lysis instrument, are planned for manufacture and distribution in India under the CoSara brand.

India represents a major portion of the worldwide tuberculosis burden, positioning it as one of the most important strategic markets for the Company's goal of addressing essential shortfalls in access to premium PCR testing, particularly in decentralized environments.

The Co-Dx PCR platform (including the PCR Home, PCR Pro, mobile app, and all associated tests) remains subject to review or authorization by applicable regulatory authorities in the jurisdictions where clearance or approval is sought, including the US FDA, and is not yet available for sale.
