CNO Financial Group (NYSE: CNO) has confirmed a multi-year extension of its title sponsorship for the CNO Financial Indianapolis Monumental Marathon continuing through 2028.

CNO has held the title sponsor position since 2016 for the full marathon along with the half marathon and 5K races in partnership with Beyond Monumental the nonprofit organization that organizes the event.

In its role as title sponsor CNO has contributed to the event's expansion making it one of the fifteen largest marathons nationwide and a key highlight for Indianapolis.

The 2025 edition achieved its thirteenth straight sellout drawing over 17500 runners the biggest turnout recorded. Runners came from every state and twenty-two countries highlighting the race's rising popularity and wider international appeal.
