Phoenix Financial and Ashtrom Properties have entered into cooperation agreements to develop a culinary and lifestyle complex within the RISHO project in Rishon LeZion's HaElef District.

The opening phase spans roughly 1,500 square meters and will incorporate restaurants, cafes, street-food outlets and additional dining concepts. Ruti Broudo's R2M Hospitality Group is set to create part of the venue, drawing inspiration from major international food halls such as Time Out Market.

This dining zone will integrate into the Phoenix Campus Museum, a combined workplace and cultural site that also encompasses an art museum, sculpture park and facilities run by Shenkar College of Engineering, Design and Art.

CoffeeBar slated to return in 600-square-meter venue

R2M's CoffeeBar will reopen at the site in an area of about 600 square meters. Established in 1994 by Ruti and Mati Broudo, the restaurant marked the hospitality group's first venture.

A Bakery-Delicatessen will operate in its own dedicated space within the complex.

Nono Group plans to launch the first NONO MIMI outlet in Rishon LeZion, while the Giraffe restaurant chain will relocate and expand into approximately 400 square meters.

Financial details of the agreements and overall investment figures were not released.

Museum to showcase 1,400 Israeli artworks

The Phoenix Campus Museum will exhibit around 1,400 pieces from Phoenix Financial's collection of Israeli art, highlighting works by leading 20th-century artists.

Public tours will be available by prior arrangement, complemented by a sculpture park and additional cultural areas open to visitors.

Shenkar will open a continuing education center and a multidisciplinary laboratory focused on design, art, engineering and technology.

Integrated environment for work, culture and dining

The campus aims to blend office spaces and modern workplace tools with cultural, educational and leisure offerings.

Features will include meeting rooms, collaborative seating zones, learning areas and venues for exhibitions, meals and events.

The partners stated the development seeks to provide employees, visitors, students and the public with convenient access to workspaces, art, education and dining in one location.

The first phase of the culinary and lifestyle area is scheduled to open later in July.
