Employees at Mor Institute will gain cumulative salary increases reaching about 13.5 percent by late 2030 through a fresh collective pact signed by Histadrut Hamaof, Mor Institute leadership, and the employee committee.

The pact, finalized on July 5, features yearly across-the-board raises starting in 2026, plus targeted extra increases tied to professional standards, higher pensionable compensation, upgraded welfare provisions, and a stable long-term employment structure. It arrives amid ongoing focus on wage pacts and staff perks across Israel labor circles.

Mor Institute, affiliated with Clalit Health Services, runs a countrywide chain of diagnostic centers. The organization has grown its operations lately, with a new site opened in Beersheba and the rollout of an advanced saliva genetic screening for hereditary health risks.

Salary increases and retirement provisions

Staff will receive yearly pay adjustments through 2030 that total roughly 13.5 percent. An added process will enable further targeted raises based on job-specific benchmarks.

The accord also locks in position-based pay add-ons as core salary components, with the minimum set at 600 NIS monthly for full-time roles. These add-ons will factor into pension math, training funds, and related benefits.

Further, the deal creates a fresh bonus system for multiple roles at the institute. Most bonuses will count toward insured pay for pension deposits, delivering lasting retirement gains for staff.

From 2027 onward, convalescence pay eligibility will widen based on years of service.

Broader family support measures

The agreement delivers an extensive support package covering workers and relatives. It raises scholarships for children, widens camp funding, introduces family company trips, and sets aside 220000 NIS yearly for a digital wallet offering discounted perks.

It also provides birthday presents for every staff member, gifts marking key family milestones, extra leave for weddings and births, aid during hospital stays, and a condolence package upon loss of a close relative.

Starting in 2028, those taking no more than three sick days yearly will qualify for a new attendance bonus worth two full workdays.

The pact further lifts the workers committee welfare fund to support more activities and perks.

A meaningful accord

Adv. Gil Bar-Tal, head of Histadrut Hamaof, noted the pact stemmed from talks marked by shared trust, accountability, and partnership with Mor Institute leaders and staff reps.
