Israeli startup Frame Security has closed a $50 million funding round, led by Index Ventures, Team8, and Picture Capital. The investment also includes contributions from Wiz CEO Assaf Rappaport and Elad Gil through his Gil Capital fund.

Frame is rolling out an AI-powered platform aimed at equipping organizations to fend off the rising tide of AI-fueled social engineering and deepfake assaults. It positions employees as the most robust frontline defense.

The company is pioneering a fresh category in human risk security, targeting the primary vulnerability in cybersecurity: human operators.

The Last Line of Defense Against Modern Cyber Threats

Frame was established by CEO Tal Shlomo and CTO Sharon Shmueli, both alumni of Israel's elite cyber Unit 8200. The founders emphasize that staff members serve as the ultimate safeguard against contemporary cyber dangers.

The platform fully automates security awareness and training workflows. Powered by AI, it rapidly produces realistic attack simulations, customized training tailored to specific roles, and personalized coaching for workers throughout the enterprise.
