RUDE Studio, an Israeli generative-AI creative agency, is establishing its unique position in the nation's rapidly evolving digital production environment.

Co-founded by Ori Bejerano, Avihai Eliasi, and Oded Graunfels, RUDE frames its operational model as an answer to swift industry shifts.

Graunfels and Eliasi previously collaborated in a writers' and production collective, generating sketches, scripts, and a ten-episode parody series. This experience informs RUDE's methods for scripting, concept development, and applying AI to realize ideas rather than supplant them.

Eliasi noted to the Post that advanced Artificial Intelligence tools have reshaped the capabilities of small creator groups.

"Technology altered what can be achieved," he stated. "Three individuals can handle the output of 50 people in half the duration. We operate as a highly flexible unit that adjusts quickly to technological needs."

Even so, Graunfels observed, "the latest market tool does not change the need for a human to direct the machine, to evaluate and refine its results. Machines lack grasp of human expression."

The studio handles all production internally, ranging from quick one-hour animations to intricate short films. It also creates visualizations and films for real estate developments, a key focus area.

This blend of expertise and technology has enabled RUDE to attract clients including consumer brands, solar companies, defense firms, government entities such as the National Cyber Directorate, and others. Bejerano noted that most projects stem from business needs in Israel and Jewish communities across the United States.

The team portrays itself as compact, versatile, and client-focused, placing equal weight on service and the finished product.

"We function as a boutique operation that values our craft and our partners," Eliasi said. "This approach enhances our service. We support the companies we serve and invest deeply in every project."

He drew a contrast with variable service levels observed in Israel. The group emphasizes clear communication, dependability, and timely delivery. "Anyone can generate a film with AI," Graunfels remarked. "But does it meet professional standards?"

Bejerano, who transitioned from a large agency exceeding 100 staff, views RUDE as indicative of industry direction. He argues that conventional agencies lose relevance as clients prioritize speed.

"Bigger firms must accelerate, yet large staffs hinder that. Creation is simple now, yet standing out remains difficult," he said. "The field overflows with creators, and while ad agencies will persist, their models require adaptation. A small multidisciplinary group advances from strategy to completed film with greater speed."

He maintains that surviving agencies will prioritize human cognition over legacy production methods. "We avoid replicating an ad agency using AI tools. Instead, we develop a fresh creative framework around the fact that a compact, seasoned team can strategize, generate, and deliver from a single location."

As AI speeds production and reduces entry barriers, RUDE contends that originality, emotional impact, and human discernment, rather than velocity alone, will set leaders apart in a crowded space.

"The creative sector shifts from extended, divided production lines toward compact, cross-functional teams that move an idea from planning to final output in one setting. AI does not remove production needs; it redirects value from standard technical tasks toward concepts, creative oversight, taste, narrative, and human judgment," Graunfels said.
