The BST real estate group, controlled by the Tannous family, has completed an initial public offering on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Through a non-uniform offering format, the company raised around NIS 400 million by selling roughly 13.75 percent of its shares. The transaction valued the firm at approximately NIS 2.6 billion before the offering, positioning it for trading in the coming days at a post-money market capitalization near NIS 3 billion.

The process, managed by Barak Leumi Underwriters along with The Phoenix Group and Leader Underwriting, attracted nearly NIS 1 billion in demand, twice the planned amount, drawing interest from major institutional investors and leading Israeli insurers. After completion, the Tannous family retains about 69 percent ownership, The Phoenix Group holds roughly 17.25 percent, and the public owns the remaining 13.75 percent.

Founded in 1972 by the late Badie Tannous and now led by his sons Elias as CEO along with Ala and Wasim, with Rafi Bisker serving as chairman, the company focuses on three main areas. These include execution and finishes work that generated about NIS 1.7 billion in 2025 revenue, residential development across 19 Israeli projects totaling 4,300 housing units, and income-producing properties in Canada held jointly with Phoenix and Menora. Notable projects include Sammy Ofer Stadium, ToHa, Azrieli Town, TLV Mall, and the Ichilov hospitalization tower.

BST Group reported full-year 2025 revenues of approximately NIS 1,911 million and net profit of NIS 52.2 million. In the first quarter of 2026, revenues reached NIS 514 million, up 21 percent from the prior-year period, while net profit stood at NIS 11.8 million.

At the end of March 2026 the group's construction backlog totaled about NIS 6.4 billion and shareholders equity reached NIS 741 million. Funds raised will support the company's 2030 strategy focused on growing evacuation-and-construction initiatives in Israel and expanding its residential rental holdings in Canada.

Elias Tannous, CEO and co-owner, commented that the share offering marks a pivotal chapter reflecting the group's long-term progress. He emphasized continued dedication to quality standards in planning, development, and execution in line with the vision established by the late founder Badie Tannous.
