I stepped up workouts after buying a $500 monthly pass to a luxury hotel gym. The upscale setting encouraged five visits weekly and regular use of the hammam.

Weight continued to fall until it leveled at 149 pounds. By November 2025 a Mounjaro prescription brought me to 119 pounds and size small.

Exact costs are difficult to tally, though veneers, the nose operation, and gym fees formed the largest outlays.

Adding upkeep for highlights, Botox, nail care, and skincare brings the total near $20,000.

My Look Is Barely Familiar

I have shared the entire journey on Instagram. Viewers assume older photos are fabricated and accuse me of AI use, yet every change was genuine.

Online meetings now go better because a more refined appearance earns greater respect.

The speed of the shift left me struggling to adjust. A sense of detachment lingers when I view old pictures and find it hard to accept they show the former me.
